Tampines Central Youth Executive Committee

 

Tampines Central Youth Executive Committee is the place to go for youths who love a sense of adventure as well as a passion for events, especially signature events and community ones. From a modest group of 17 committee members, we have since grown to 34 people, all with the same goal: to provide for the community vibrant events that aims to bring people of Tampines together! 

In TCC YEC, we have different teams ready to rock and roll with you! 

 

Zeropoint Events

 

We believe in culminating our efforts in good events for the community, and also giving ourselves the experience to be able to see how residents react to great activities planned just for them. From sponsorships to publicity, marketing to programs, logistics to concept planning, we have all these systemic teams to allow new people to join us, learn, and have fun with us! We firmly believe not just in learning and doing things together, but also having fun together! 

 

 

Bearfoot Friends

 

The first ever Bearfoot Friends team that left for Yangon came back with a sense of achievement and wonder, as we unlocked the secrets of the newly opened up Yangon to the world, and how the children, orphans are coping along with the slow development of the nation. Besides which, the rich tradition and cultures have brought about a new sense of discovery to the team from Bearfoot Friends, who believe in doing things and service learning together, without any expectations whatsoever. In 2015, we are currently looking for people who are willing to brave the unknown with us as we venture deeper into Myanmar this time around! Here we go!

 

 

Youth Entrepreneurial Strategic Team

 

In the new frontier of enterprise and business making, we all seek importance in making sure we have an opportunity in understanding economics, commerce, international business and investments. In the midst, our team is open to having people with an open mind to networking, who are committed to value-add and perhaps also share knowledge with each other, in this new vibrant environment of business making!

 

Sporting Events

 

We have members of the team who are ready to explore new opportunities to run sporting events on the youth scale, and are interested in having new team members on board, riding on the SG50-SEA Games wave, to bring about verve and life to the sporting events in Tampines, especially to the younger crowds, with newly-minted concepts ready to be launched for the Eastern side of Singapore. Let us explore!  

 

Social Dynamics and Outings

 

We firmly believe that friendship must start from within and sincerety is the forefront of all before even Gotong Royong happens. Thus, bonding together through various types of activities will allow team members to understand each other better.We too, welcome peeps who love to have a good time together, and who are really ready to socialize beyond the comfort zones!
